When you make a booking with Geneva Airport Transfers you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below:
Any payments, including remainder payments (in case these have not been made up front) should be settled in full in cash (euros) at the point of drop off at your destination.
Geneva Airport Transfers will send you an invoice by e-mail confirming all booking details.
Arranged Pick up time. This will be confirmed at the time of booking and is usually 30 minutes after your arrival time (to allow for baggage reclaim and customs & passport control). However, it may be later in case the transfer consists of multiple reservations. (We will endeavour to inform you of any integrated bookings at the time of your booking).
The destination and pick up addresses on your ticket are the addresses to which you will be delivered to and picked up from. Should you wish to change these or any other details this must be done in writing by email 48 hours prior to the date of travel.
Customers are entitled to cancel their booking by email (not by phone). Cancellations must be made at least 21 days before the time of travel.
Geneva Airport Transfers offers shared and private transfer services. This means that you may be sharing a van with other clients arriving at a similar time. All bookings are entered as shared transfers unless a private transfer is specifically requested. Private transfers may attract additional charges and a minimum booking fee of €200 applies.
All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owners name and address.
Each passenger is responsible for his or hers luggage. Geneva Airport Transfers will take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage in the airport terminals.
Geneva Airport Transfers undertakes to load, store and return luggage in the condition in which it was received at the time of loading.
Customers are limited to two items of luggage including a ski and snowboard bag. In the event of a client having excess luggage Geneva Airport Transfers reserves the right to charge an excess baggage allowance or can refuse to transport the items.
Smoking is forbidden on any Geneva Airport Transfers vehicle.
Geneva Airport Transfers declines all responsibility in the eventuality of missed flights or connections due to bad weather conditions, traffic congestion, road accidents, acts of terrorism and vandalism and any industrial action by third parties.
Seat belts must be worn by all Geneva Airport Transfers passengers in all vehicles which are equipped accordingly. Clients who chose not to wear their seat belts will not be covered by Geneva Airport Transfers’ insurance should the vehicle be involved in an accident.
In case of accident, the company's liability is limited to the conditions of its insurance contract.
The driver of any Geneva Airport Transfers vehicle has the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.
The email confirmation sent by Geneva Airport Transfers will be the passenger's ticket. The bearer of a ticket implicitly accepts these general conditions.
Geneva Airport Transfers takes no liability if the customer fills in the booking enquiry form incorrectly.
Geneva Airport Transfers reserves the right to change pick up times in the resort. It will inform the customer via text message or telephone call.
If your plane is delayed: Please phone the following number immediately: 0033 (0)619 423 752 or 0033 (0)450 908 717 (in case the first number is engaged)
Delay of Max 30 minutes after arranged pick up time: We will wait for you free of charge for the first 30 minutes starting from the confirmed pick up time on our invoice to you.
Delay of more than 30 minutes after arranged pick up time: If you would like Geneva Airport Transfers to wait for your delayed flight for you, the following waiting fee of €15 every 30 minutes up to 8 pm. and €20 for every 30 minutes after 8 pm will be applied.
If we are delayed or cannot wait for your delayed flight for longer than 30 minutes after the arranged pick up time we will inform you of this by text/phone.
