FAQ's about your transfer from Geneva Airport to Chamonix with Geneva-Airport-Transfers.com

Where do we meet you at the airport?

Our driver will meet you in the Swiss arrivals area and will have a white board with your name clearly marked.

How long will the transfer to Chamonix take?

Our aim is to have you at your destination point within 1hr 15mins - 1hr 30mins. This is in good weather conditions and without traffic delay.

What if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you are informed of this you must contact our mobile number immediately. We will then look into the most effective way to come and collect you.

Are skis and bikes extra?

No, these are included in your transport cost. Please do inform us on the booking sheet if you wish these to be transported to your resort as we can then collect you with the most appropriate vehicle.

What time do I have to leave on my departure day?

We will normally collect you at least 3hrs before your flights departure time to guarantee your transfer but this may be subject to change due to adverse weather/traffic conditions.
