Laid out above the already established town and partner ski area of Morzine, Avoriaz gives direct access to excellent beginner and intermediate pistes. These then branch out into the worlds 2nd biggest ski area the Portes du Soleil.
The Portes du Soleil is a vast region spanning 12 resorts between Mont Blanc in France and Lake Geneva in Switzerland, with approximately 650 kilometres of pistes.
